Au printemps 2022, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019honneur d\u2019\u00eatre en r\u00e9sidence de recherche\u00a0\u00e0 la Fondation Camargo<\/a>. Cette r\u00e9sidence est la principale \u201cCore\u201d que la Fondation offre \u00e0 ses r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n

Ces 11 semaines m\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue en\u00a0 proposant un projet sur l\u2019afrofuturisme et le fantastique en particulier, ainsi que les productions digitales d\u2019afrof\u00e9ministes. Tout au long de la r\u00e9sidence, j\u2019ai eu le temps d\u2019\u00e9crire, de parler \u00e0 voix haute de mes id\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019autres fellows, et surtout de lire et de relire d\u2019excellents livres.<\/p>\n

Je suis extr\u00eamement honor\u00e9e d\u2019avoir fait partie des fellows de 2022 et heureuse des connaissances que j\u2019ai faites. Ce temps sera \u00e0 tout jamais grav\u00e9 dans ma m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<\/div>

In Spring 2022, I was fortunate to be awarded the\u00a0Camargo Foundation Fellowship<\/a>\u00a0for Spring 2022.<\/p>\n

This 11-week residency was really beneficial to me. The project I was working on was about afrofuturism and the fantastic, and afrofeminist digital productions. During the residency, I had the time to write, talk about my ideas to other fabulous fellows, and most of all read and re-read the most excellent books.<\/p>\n

It was an honor to be part of the 2022 Spring cohort of fellows and thankful for the people I have met. All in all, this, experience, I will not soon forget.<\/p>\n<\/div>
